- Fort Ward State Park is an area of great beauty with impressive views of Rich Passage, the Olympic Mountains, and varied marine life. Common activities include walking, jogging, bicycling, picnicking, boating and fishing. A unique pedestrian-only paved road takes visitors along the park’s waterfront. Foot trails further extend your enjoyment in this 137 acre park.
- A five minute walk to our private community beach offers gorgeous sunsets, views of majestic Mt. Rainier and passing ferries. The beach is a lovely place to share a picnic and a glass of wine.
- Approximately one mile away is Lynwood Center where a historic movie theater has been entertaining audiences since 1936. The charming Treehouse Pub and Coffeehouse serves food throughout the day. Additional restaurants, a local grocery, and an artisan bakery are also available.
